Senior Digital Marketing Expert

A software house in Green Acer, Lahore is looking for Senior Digital Marketing Expert . The candidates applying for the position should have experience in dealing with USA clients and understanding their specific requirements along with ability to speak with US clients with confidence.

In addition to the above requirements the candidate should be able to do the following:

Plan and execute all web, and display advertising campaigns to generate leads and manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus).
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative online growth strategies Content strategy and writing
Research and perform topical research and competitive analysis to create content optimization strategy for new and old accounts.
This includes specific content recommendations, local business listings optimization and tweaking social media optimization as needed.
Create site architecture and sitemap for clients’ websites, working closely with internal project managers and writers.
Should have experience in FB ads, Google ads, Funnels, Social Media
Understand user persona, search intent and how people search for our clients offerings.
Plan, create and optimize PPC campaigns across digital channels like Google Ads, Facebook, and other ongoing platforms.
Optimize bidding for high-intent keywords, placements, devices, demographics, and other target metrics.
Analyze metrics to ensure that the campaigns provides concrete profound results.
Perform keyword discovery, expansion and optimization and recommend ideas and topics for content.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords hence improving CRO.
Plan, run, manage, monitor, and report on ongoing digital marketing campaigns.
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
Own strategy and execution for lead generation, measured against quantifiable metrics, such as traffic, bounce rate, avg. session length, and MQLs/SQLs.

Qualification Level: Graduate

Experience: 1-2 years
Career Level: Mid Level Resource
Requirements: Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
1-2 Years of proven experience with managing successful PPC campaigns.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, buyer’s journey and customer acquisition.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Data Studio, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint etc.

Skills: Creative, analytical, solution-oriented with strong internal personal skills.
