We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Female with a strong background in managing human resources functions within IT technology offices. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent administrative skills to support day-to-day office operations in our Multan office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions.
    • Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
    • Address employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  3. Performance Management:

    • Implement performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee motivation and productivity.
  4. HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
    • Stay updated on relevant legal regulations and ensure HR practices align with statutory requirements.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
    • Facilitate workshops or seminars on topics such as diversity, inclusion, and workplace ethics.
  6. Administrative Support:

    • Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
