We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Operations Manager to oversee our export operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and shipping logistics. This role requires a strong network of shipping line connections to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export Planning and Execution: Develop and implement export strategies, including market research, customer relationship management, and export documentation.
- Shipping Line Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, negotiate freight rates, and optimize shipping schedules.
- Logistics Management: Oversee the entire export process, from order processing to shipment delivery, including warehousing, packaging, and transportation.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international trade, such as customs delays, shipping disruptions, and political instability.
- Financial Management: Monitor export costs, track revenue, and analyze financial performance.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to export regulations, including export controls, sanctions, and trade agreements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of export professionals, providing guidance and support.
