We are looking for a talented Influencer Marketing & PR-Gifts Manager to lead our influencer marketing strategy and manage our PR gifts program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with influencers, negotiating collaboration deals on a commission and fixed pay basis, and driving content that aligns with our brand values. Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential, as this role will involve daily interaction with UK-based influencers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Management:

Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Negotiate collaboration deals with influencers on both a commission basis and fixed pay basis, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Track and analyze the performance of influencer collaborations to optimize future campaigns.

PR-Gifts Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and distribution of PR gifts to influencers and key brand
ambassadors.
Ensure PR gifts are thoughtfully curated to reflect our brand and create lasting
impressions.
Monitor the impact of PR gifts and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.

Content Creation & Strategy:

Collaborate with influencers to generate high-quality content that aligns with our brand message and marketing goals.
Ensure a consistent flow of fresh, engaging content from influencer partnerships that can be leveraged across our digital channels.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing and PR.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on the success of influencer campaigns and PR-gift initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns based on data and
performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in influencer marketing and PR, with a strong network of influencer contacts.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and through written messages.
Strong negotiation skills and experience managing influencer deals on both commission and fixed-pay models.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape, particularly in the health and wellness industry.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute innovative influencer campaigns.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Availability for daily Zoom meetings during work hours, because working hours will be
tracked as its a paid job.
Availability for regular team meetings and collaboration, even in a remote work environment.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
