JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information
Responsible for Verification of payroll sheets with source documents to make sure all hours were approved before payroll
Responsible for Recording Bills, Invoices, and Journal Entries in QuickBooks online
Responsible for Recording of check payments, Matching of invoices with deposits in Online QuickBooks
Responsible for bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
Responsible for completing Monthly Accrual closings in QuickBooks online
Responsible for managing accounts receivables and account payables.
Responsible for reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
Executing daily accounting, bookkeeping, and administration task
Understanding of GAAPs will be a PLUS
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
Candidate must be well versed with MS Office Pack
Perform other related duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Maters Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance (ACCA, ICMA Finalist will be a PLUS)
5+ Years Experience in relevant Field
The candidate must have worked experience in QuickBooks. Certification in online QuickBooks is PLUS.
Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize, delegate and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with employees of all levels within the organization, as well as with clients,
Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
The selected candidate must be able to work in work from home environment in the EST Time zone (8 Hours Shift)
Well-versed with Zoom or Team meetings

Compensation:

70k to 80k (Depending on experience and skills)
Monday to Friday (8 Hours Shift)
1 Emergency Off each month
Public Holidays as per in USA
