We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Amazon Expert for the night shift, from 8:00 PM to 05:00 AM. If you are a night owl and are interested in a challenging and rewarding role, this position is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Can handle Amazon Accounts and ensure smooth operations during the night.
Resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure adherence to company standards.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to account handling.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Amazon account handling.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
