The Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Web & Software Developer to join our growing team. In this innovative role, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our real estate technology solutions. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly and high-performing web applications and tools that enhance our clients' experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Develop and implement front-end and back-end features for web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java).
Integrate with third-party APIs and services to extend functionality and enhance user experience.
Write unit tests and implement best practices for code quality and maintainability.
Debug and troubleshoot code to ensure smooth operation and fix any technical issues.
Stay up-to-date on the latest web development trends and technologies.
Assist with the deployment and maintenance of web applications on our servers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in web development, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
Proficiency in programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Angular), and a back-end language like Python or Java.
Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A passion for real estate technology and a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies is a plus.
