Branch Manager

Salon Designer has more than 18 years of experience in salon designing and salon supplies. We stock thousands of lines from globally acclaimed brands in furniture, hair and beauty products, salon equipment, electronics and tools of the trade.We give customers a wholesome comfort right from the start – of planning the space, designing and constructing or renovating an old one, installing the equipment, selecting the professional tools, evaluating the costs and ensuring after-sales service in a professional environment of experts with lots of experience in the field.

We are looking to employ a highly driven Branch Manager who can handle sales and day-to-day running of our store.

As a Branch Manager you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and ensure that sales staff comply with company policies and guidelines.

Ultimately, a top-performing manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times

Responsibilities:

Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:.

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, marketing, communications, or related field is advantageous.
Atleast 2 year experience of retail.
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Should have knowledge of basic Accounting
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service

We are in salon related business since 1994 and felt a great demand for professional approach in this sector so that the salon in Pakistan could be of international standards. This idea later evolved into a concept of providing all the needs of a salon under one roof with more emphasis on designing the salons, encompassing all kinds of equipments, accessories and cosmetics. We had strong ties with the salons in the region which includes more than 28 cities including Rawalpindi, Lahore and Islamabad. The experience came from working as distributors of Keune Hair cosmetics (Holland) since 1994 and later for Stage Line Makeup (Spain) and Eveline Skin Care(Poland).
