We are looking for an experienced Packaging Operations Manager to oversee our packaging sales team and manage relationships with production companies to ensure we get the best products at competitive costs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Sales Management: Oversee the packaging sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help achieve sales targets. Ensure that the sales team is aligned with business goals and motivated to consistently perform at a high level.

  • Production & Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with production companies and suppliers to secure the best quality packaging solutions at the most competitive prices. Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and product standards are met.

  • Operations Oversight: Manage overall operations related to packaging procurement, sales, and logistics. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality control across all packaging products.

  • Digital Marketing & Sales Growth:Leverage digital marketing strategies to increase sales. Develop and implement online campaigns to reach a broader audience, generate leads, and grow revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure digital efforts align with sales objectives.

  • Cost Optimization:Monitor and control production costs, supplier pricing, and shipping expenses to maximize profitability. Negotiate pricing agreements with production companies and ensure we maintain strong margins on all sales.

  • Performance Tracking:Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both the sales team and operational processes. Provide regular reports on sales performance, cost savings, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with design, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment on business goals. Act as the key point of contact between sales and production to meet client expectations.
