- Oversee daily operations of the clothing warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching fabric/suits
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy of fabric in both cut and un-cut format
- Implement and maintain efficient storage systems for various types of clothing, ensuring proper organization by size, style, and season
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance in handling all types of fabric
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and retail outlets to manage deliveries and shipments of clothing
- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping times
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs in handling, storing and dispatching fabric to customers and outlets
