Required Skill Set:

Overall 4+ years of relevant experience in ROR Framework
Architect and design scalable, efficient, and maintainable backend systems that meet the needs of our software applications.
Lead the technical direction of the backend team, making decisions on the technology stack, design patterns, and coding practices.
Participate in architectural discussions, brainstorming sessions, and technical planning to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, product managers, and designers, to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, modular, and high-quality code following best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to improve overall team skillset.
Optimise and troubleshoot performance issues in backend systems, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the software development process.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of backend services.
