We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in promoting our clinic's services by effectively engaging with potential clients, setting appointments, and nurturing leads from social media platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to customer service, and the ability to convert inquiries into appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Actively respond to inquiries on social media channels, manage lead generation, and follow up with potential clients through calls and messages.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
  • Client Conversion: Convert social media leads and inbound inquiries into appointments and consultations by clearly communicating the clinic’s services and benefits.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with prospective and current clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
  • Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead conversion, providing insights from client interactions.
  • Follow-up Calls: Conduct timely follow-up calls with client’s post-appointments to gauge satisfaction and encourage continued engagement with clinic services.
  • Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls, messages, appointments, and conversions for performance tracking and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or wellness services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Comfortable handling social media platforms and messaging apps to engage with clients.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively convert leads and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Customer Focused: A compassionate, patient-centered approach to customer service.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments and follow up effectively.
