Regional Sales Manager

Sabirs' group is a leading, progressive poultry producing group having over three decades of experience. Our vertically integrated business incorporates the manufacturing of poultry feed, broiler breeding & hatching, broiler farming and chicken meat processing.

At Sabroso We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can lead our sales team, inspire excellence, and drive business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to handle Direct Sales, FS, Trade Business and distribution network.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and business operations
Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management
Sales presentation for clients for projecting company’s success and credibility
