We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive (female) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be an articulate communicator with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of effectively managing and following up on leads. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Conduct thorough follow-ups on leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about properties, market trends, and the buying/selling process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies aimed at generating leads and increasing visibility.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication.
  • Attend property viewings, open houses, and networking events to promote listings and establish connections in the industry.
  • Stay informed about local real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to effectively position properties.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; must be vocal, persuasive, and confident in presenting information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to help clients find their ideal properties.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
