Tea is the main product we are looking to sell. The startup plans on conducting business, primarily in the Azam market with a market size of 30k Shops with on average each shop holding 3-5 persons. Multiple Tea stall locations will be acquired to ensure market presence.
The retail sales manager's basic responsibilities will include the following:
Manage the team: Assign sales territories, train new employees, and handle paperwork
Set goals: Set sales targets and performance goals, and identify priorities ( will be assisted directly by the founder )
Develop strategy: Develop a sales plan to expand the customer base and maintain a strong industry presence ( will be assisted directly by the founder )
Coach and mentor: Provide feedback and coaching to team members, and help them improve their sales techniques and product knowledge
Monitor: monitor the team's performance
Resolve issues: Resolve customer escalations, and ensure that clients are satisfied
Create a culture of learning: Encourage a culture of continuous learning within the team
