Value Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in co-working space sales. The ideal candidate will excel in cold calling, possess exceptional communication skills, and have a presentable personality. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a background in call center operations, real estate, or hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold calling warm leads to promote co-working space solutions.
Effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar sale or call center role.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Presentable personality and professional demeanor.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
