Senior Business Analyst

Rozee is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of five years of experience, particularly in ERP environments, the Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in streamlining business processes and driving improvements. This role does not involve managing a team but requires a collaborative approach to work alongside various departments and stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of their needs and objectives.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the organization.
Develop clear and concise documentation, including requirement specifications, process maps, and user stories, to support project initiatives.
Lead workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to promote innovative solutions that align with the business strategy.
Collaborate with project management teams to define project scope, goals, and milestones, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively.
Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project execution and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Analyze and map current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions that enhance productivity and performance.
Support implementation teams by providing insight on requirements and ensuring that solutions meet the defined business needs.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project deliverables.
Assess compliance with organizational standards and best practices as they relate to business processes and ERP use.
