The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various project management tools. Although this position does not require managing a team, the candidate must be adaptable and proactive in supporting the needs of executives and assisting with various administrative tasks as necessary.
