Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Rozee, you play a critical role in supporting decision-making through thorough data analysis and predictive modeling. You will gather, clean, and analyze data from a variety of sources, including weather reports, soil data, market prices, and government policies. Your expertise in statistical analysis and proficiency in tools such as Python and Power BI will enable you to build and validate predictive models to forecast crop prices effectively. With a focus on actionable insights, you will identify key variables affecting price trends and communicate your findings clearly to stakeholders. This position also entails managing a team of 20 individuals, where you will guide and mentor your colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes. Working collaboratively with agronomists, traders, and policymakers, you will refine prediction accuracy and continuously update models to enhance performance over time. Your contributions will be vital in driving strategies that align with business objectives in agriculture and commodity trading.
Responsibilities

Gather and clean data from diverse sources, including weather reports, soil data, market prices, and government policies to ensure the information is reliable and ready for analysis.
Build and validate predictive models to forecast crop prices using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, focusing on accuracy and relevance.
