Rozee is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Success Manager (E-Commerce) to drive growth and establish strong relationships with our e-commerce clients. In this role, you will manage existing accounts, procure new clients, and ensure customer success through the effective use of our SaaS products. You will report to senior management and will not be managing a team. Your contribution will significantly influence customer satisfaction and retention, driving revenue for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce complexities and the ability to leverage insights to provide exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key e-commerce clients to foster loyalty and trust.
  • Proactively identify client needs and pain points to enhance service offerings and support.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders to showcase value.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless client support and service execution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce sector, expanding the companys client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting and exceeding revenue targets and goals.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our SaaS products to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients effectively, closing deals that maximize both revenue and profitability for the company.
  • Onboard new clients diligently, providing comprehensive training on our SaaS solutions to ensure they understand the product functionalities and benefits.
  • Monitor client usage and adoption of our products, providing insights to encourage engagement and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients by offering guidance, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the company remains responsive to client needs.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account status, enhancing service delivery.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a results-oriented approach to achieve personal and corporate goals while effectively managing time and priorities.
  • Must have atleast 2 years experience in the e-commerce or in the related industries interacting with clients
  • Must have experience with e-commerce platform such as shopify, magento, daraz or equivalent
