As the Team Lead/Operations Supervisor, you will oversee customer service operations, delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, positive customer engagement and team productivity. - Supervise daily operations, including scheduling services and field activities.
- Address all customer concerns, inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop strategies for the retention and growth of existing customers.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and team members, ensuring clear expectations and timely updates.
