Royal Industrial Engineering Works is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Officer/Supply Chain Officer/Admin Officer.

Responsibilities:

As a Store Officer/Supply Chain Officer/Admin Officer at Royal Industrial Engineering Works, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products within our organization.

Efficiently managing all aspects of inventory, from procurement to issuance, ensuring accuracy and timely movement.
Handling purchase orders and overseeing the receipt and verification of materials through Inward Gate Pass.
Collaborating with various departments to fulfill material requirements and support work in progress.
Recording and documenting inventory transactions accurately on a daily basis.
Generating daily reports on work in progress and pending jobs, facilitating informed decision-making.
Conducting monthly audits of the store and preparing for upcoming projects to ensure inventory availability.
Demonstrating unwavering loyalty, dedication, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for maintaining accurate records and efficiently managing inventory.
A degree in Commerce or relevant field is preferred; however, candidates with a solid track record of experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to dynamic work requirements
