• Supervise and manage administrative staff, including office assistants, Drivers, Cleaners, maintenance staff including clerical personnel.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures in accordance with school regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate school events, meetings, and activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with staff, students, and parents.
  • Manage school facilities, including maintenance, security, and safety protocols.
  • Handle correspondence, inquiries, and complaints from parents, students, and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with academic staff and school leadership to support educational initiatives and programs.
  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets, monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student attendance, grades, and other administrative matters.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and educational policies impacting school administration in Pakistan.
  • Manage proper record of all Assets and inventory of RISC.
  • Prepare as standard procurement policy for both campus-level procurement as well as HO.
  • Manage security of all RISC and maintain a proper record for all agreements related to security companies.
  • Inputting data and generating reports and information as required
  • Responsible for monitoring office stationery supplies and ensuring that effective and efficient ordering processes are maintained and adhered to.
  • To participate in induction training, staff review processes, and professional development opportunities
