We're seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our BPO team. As a Sales Representative, you'll handle customer calls, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
  • Understand customer requirements and provide product/service information
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Update customer records in CRM software
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM software)
  • Fluency in English
  •  Relevant experience in sales/customer service (BPO experience preferred)
