This is a full-time Senior Dispatcher role at Roafer Logistics located in Lahore. The Senior Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dispatch team. Ensuring on-time delivery and best customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being based in Lahore but with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule the dispatching of vehicles, drivers, and equipment to meet customer demands.

Monitor and track the progress of deliveries and ensure timely arrivals.

Communicate effectively with drivers and provide them with necessary instructions and support.

Optimize routes to minimize delivery times and fuel costs.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays in delivery schedules.

Maintain accurate records of dispatching activities and performance metrics.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Take initiative in identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Expand commission bracket to incentivize performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Minimum 2-3 Years of dispatching experience required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Experience in logistics or transportation industry

Knowledge of routing software and GPS systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility and adaptability
