Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and innovative content, including videos, infographics, photos, and written posts for social media platforms.
- Create high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube aligned with the company’s branding and goals.
Social Media Calendar:
- Planned, created, and managed a monthly social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
Event Management:
- Coordinate and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and launches to boost brand visibility.
- Cover live events and ensure real-time engagement through social media platforms.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, impressions, and reach) to optimize content strategy.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team for visual content and ensure it meets brand standards.
Trends and Updates:
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing events is a plus.
