We are seeking dedicated and experienced Drivers to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidates will possess both Light Transport Vehicle (LTV) and Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) licenses, along with a commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive vehicles as required, including both LTV and HTV.
- Transport goods, materials, and personnel to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are in safe and good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery schedules.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and company policies while on the road.
- Load and unload goods as necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and team members.
- Assist with route planning to optimize travel efficiency.
- Be available for on-call or overtime work as needed.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate education (minimum).
- Valid LTV and HTV licenses with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to communicate in english
- Experience driving a variety of vehicle types.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns.
