Amazon FBA / Wholesale Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Amazon FBA Wholesale UK Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Amazon marketplace, particularly the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) model, and possess strong knowledge of wholesale operations. As an Amazon FBA Wholesale UK Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our wholesale accounts on the Amazon UK platform, optimizing product listings, monitoring inventory, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Wholesale Account Management:

Manage relationships with wholesale suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions.
Identify and onboard new wholesale suppliers to expand our product catalog.
Maintain strong communication with suppliers to ensure timely order processing and inventory replenishment.

Product Listing Optimization:

Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and high-quality images.
Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and search rankings.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, questions, and feedback to enhance product listings.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Implement inventory forecasting strategies to ensure product availability.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage inventory replenishment and lead times effectively.

Sales and Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and generate reports on a regular basis.
Identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues to drive informed decision-making.
Implement strategies to improve sales velocity and overall product performance.
Stay informed about Amazon's policies, guidelines, and algorithm changes.
Adapt strategies to align with best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience with Amazon FBA wholesale operations in the UK market.
Strong understanding of Amazon's Seller Central platform and FBA processes.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for data manipulation and reporting.
Effective negotiation and communication skills for building strong supplier relationships.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and marketing strategies is a plus.
