Program Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate equine therapy sessions and programs by established protocols and schedules.
Client Management:
- Facilitate client intake processes, including assessments, documentation, and goal-setting sessions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their therapy journey, addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise.
Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the equine therapy center facilities, including barns, arenas, and outdoor spaces.
- Manage equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for therapy sessions and operations.
Volunteer Coordination:
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to assist with therapy sessions, animal care, and facility maintenance tasks.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Community Engagement:
- Represent the Equine Therapy Center at community events, workshops, and outreach activities to raise awareness and promote services.
- Cultivate relationships with local organizations, schools, and healthcare providers to expand outreach and referral networks.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plans.
- Prepare regular reports on program activities, outcomes, and client progress for internal and external stakeholders.
