We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a goal-oriented approach to meet sales targets, alongside efficiently managing customer inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales to meet and exceed set targets within the assigned market.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality service support.
Conduct daily outbound calls to previous, current, and potential customers to upsell services or promote new offers and discounts.
Execute email marketing campaigns, informing customers about promotions, discounts, and special events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify sales opportunities and tailor outreach efforts.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to proactively suggest improvements or new strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Experience with email marketing and customer outreach strategies is a plus.

Compensation:

Basic salary with performance-based weekly bonuses and commissions
Full-time role, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work), from 9 AM to 6 PM
