- KOT Management: Ensure Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) are promptly punched, and orders are accurately processed and dispatched to waitstaff.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for food quality, ensuring all dishes are prepared and served at the correct temperature and presentation.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients.
- Demand and Supply Checks: Monitor and manage the demand and supply of ingredients to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Staff Scheduling: Create staff duty rosters, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered and managed efficiently.
- Physical Inspections: Perform regular physical checks of kitchen equipment, storage areas, and staff workstations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to recipes, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment.
