Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative creative strategies for social media, website, and digital campaigns..
- Maintain ResQ999’s brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Content Development. Oversee the creation of engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, animations, and written content.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
- Stay updated on creative trends and adapt them to ResQ999’s needs.
- Team Collaboration.Work closely with the digital marketing team to align creative efforts withperformance goals.
- Provide guidance and feedback to content creators, designers, and external freelancers or agencies.
- Campaign Execution. Design and deliver campaigns that drive engagement, subscriptions, and customer retention.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for all campaigns and digital channels.
- Quality Control. Review and approve all creative outputs, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Performance Tracking. Use analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of creative campaigns.
- Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or related fields.
- Experience:. 3-5 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing role.
- Experience with social media campaigns, branding, and digital content creation.
- Technical Skills:. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic knowledge of performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates).
- Soft Skills:. Strong creative and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
