Research and Development Solutions (RADS) is a Pakistan based M&E, Research and Technical Assistance/Consultancy organization. Our team expertise includes public health specialists, social scientists, Infectious Disease and MNCH-FP researchers, epidemiologists, statisticians, economists, advocacy and policy experts, and survey management. Since 2010, RADS has worked in 120+ districts of Pakistan with national and international donors, governments, and civil society partners. RADS provides quality primary and secondary research, 360 degree survey and data management, scientifically standardized analysis, third party monitoring and impact evaluation services along with short term technical assistance and consultancy

Job Description:

The FO plays a crucial role within the finance team, contributing significantly to daily operations. This role entails providing support to the FM and AFM in diverse tasks associated with financial operations, analysis, reporting, and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include to:

Process invoices, receipts, and expense claims promptly and accurately
Prepare vouchers and perform due diligence before processing and posting of any transactions in the software.
Accurately input financial data into the accounting system.
Update financial records with transactions, ensuring data integrity and adherence to accounting standards.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
Prepare withholding tax PSID’s for vendors & employees and get the tax payment done.
Support in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and summaries.
Liaise with vendors and clients regarding financial matters as directed.
Coordinate Banks, Auditors, Tax Consultants, etc.
Address queries and provide necessary information to relevant stakeholders.
Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Assist in maintaining an organized filing system for financial records.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Minimum Requirement:

Qualification: Advanced degree in finance, accounting, ACCA, CA, or relevant field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Skill set:

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
