We are currently looking for a motivated and goal-driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will help find successful partners who are on-board and will advertise on different platforms. Help them succeed by providing ongoing support and improving their campaigns and enjoy the benefits of commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Finding New Partners: Look for new affiliates to join the network through different social media platforms

Building Relationships: Develop strong connections with affiliates by offering ongoing support and resources to help affiliates succeed.

Managing Campaigns: Oversee affiliate marketing campaigns by monitoring campaign performance and incorporate improvements if needed based on the data gathered.

Tracking Performance: Keep track of how well affiliates are performing by preparing regular reports and provide actionable suggestions for improvement.

Ensuring Compliance and Preventing Fraud: Make sure all affiliate activities follow industry standards and company policies. Implement measures to prevent fraud and protect the program's integrity.

Communicating: Be the point of contact for our affiliates and address any issues or concerns they might have.

Create Marketing Materials: Work with the creative team to develop marketing materials for our affiliate’s campaigns.

Managing the Budget: Ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment.

Staying Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing. Implement new strategies and technologies to improve the affiliate program.

Working Conditions:

Location: Phase 6 DHA Lahore

Hours: Full-time position with standard working hours. (12 PM to 8 PM / MON – FRI)

Travel: Occasional travel may be required for industry events and meetings with affiliates.
