This is a REMOTE position. Timings are from 8 PM till 4 AM PST. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service throughout their real estate journey. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with our team of real estate agents to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide accurate and informative answers to client questions regarding properties, market conditions, and the buying/selling process.
Schedule appointments for clients with real estate agents.
Maintain detailed client records and files.
Prepare and manage necessary paperwork, contracts, and documents.
Coordinate property showings and open houses.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
Work closely with real estate agents to ensure client satisfaction.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Resolve client concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Previous experience in real estate or customer service is a plus.
