We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Intern to join our Outsourcing Department. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting practices within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will assist our team in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

Assist in recording financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Help maintain accurate ledgers and financial statements. Support monthly reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
Participate in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Assist in the management of client records and documentation.
Conduct research and data entry as needed. Collaborate with team members on various bookkeeping tasks and projects. Learn and utilize accounting software and tools.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
