Location: Small Shahbaz Commercial, Phase 6, DHA, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

Account Creation

  • Create and manage eBay and Amazon accounts
  • Maintain accurate account records and details
  • Proxy management

Product Listing

  • Bulk scanning items to list from Amazon to eBay
  • Upload listings onto eBay using our automated software
  • Upload listings onto eBay manually

Order Processing

  • Manage and process orders efficiently
  • Orders fulfilled within out 24-hour SLA
  • Address issues with items not dispatched, customer returns & items not received
  • Reship all cancelled orders as needed

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Resolve customer queries, cases, returns and issues promptly
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Reporting

  • Update the group daily on the status of accounts, indicating how many are closed or live
  • Update management reports and tracking sheet accordingly
  • Contribute to daily team meetings

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Conversational English skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No prior experience is required (training will be provided); we are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us
