Duties:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries and reply to emails
  • Providing brand, service, and product information to customers
  • Follow up on complicated customer inquiries when required
  • Record daily inquiry data in the system
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products, sales, or services
  • Search for required information by using available resources
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues

Other duties as assigned

Qualification:

Must have a bachelor’s Degree

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1 or 2 years of experience as a CCR or in a similar position
  • Proficiency in WPS ( Word & Excel )
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Active & Fast learner
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Attention to detail
