  • Communicate technical information and ensure customer needs are understood
  • Adhere to company policies regarding customer interactions and data privacy

Skills:

  • 1 or 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar position
  • Proficiency in WPS (Word & Excel)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Active & Fast learner
  • Ability to relate to customers' frustrations
