We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Digital Content Producer and Social Media Manager. This hybrid role combines expertise in video editing with the creative skills needed to manage and create content for the social media platforms of the group. The ideal candidate shall be passionate about storytelling, skilled in digital marketing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing:
Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, advertisements, and other digital channels.
Incorporate animations, special effects, and motion graphics as needed.
Ensure all videos are optimized for each platform (e.g., aspect ratios, durations).
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop engaging video concepts and scripts.
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish posts to drive engagement and grow followers.
Monitor trends and optimize content for virality and audience growth.
Respond to audience inquiries and comments to maintain community engagement.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
Content Creation:
Brainstorm and create diverse content, including reels, stories, images, and text posts.
Coordinate with internal teams or external collaborators (e.g., graphic designers, writers).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
Departmental Meetings and Presentations:
Daily check-ins and weekly Zoom meetings and reporting with Department Heads.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a video editor with a portfolio of relevant work.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Knowledge of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Reliable and High-Speed Internet access
Electricity backup, System backup, and Internet Backup (4G may be considered as backup).
Professional-grade video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
Any additional tools (e.g., noise cancellation headset/microphone, proper workspace and lighting) necessary daily tasks or Zoom meetings.
