Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the SEO team and executing paid marketing campaigns, as well as leading the design team in the creation and execution of social media campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that our company's marketing efforts align with our overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manage the SEO team and oversee the execution of SEO strategies to improve our company's online visibility and search engine rankings
Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive sales
Lead the design team in creating engaging and effective social media campaigns that align with our brand identity and messaging
Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Sales, Product, etc.) to develop and implement marketing strategies that support our company's goals and objectives
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and leverage this knowledge to inform our company's marketing strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful SEO and paid marketing campaigns
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.)
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and use it to inform marketing decisions
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
