We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies set goals and determine action plans to meet those Sales goals.
  • Identify new upcoming Hotel projects and business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Update sales action plans and financial objectives on a day-to-day basis.
  • Conducts daily sales calls, arranges sales meetings, and hotel site inspections, explains Product lines to new clients, and provides samples.
  • Able to provide Quick and timely responses to existing clients, and immediate communication for long-term business relationships.
  • Participates in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business.
  • Executes with sales support team operational aspects of business, generating proposals, Corporate Rate Application letters, writing contracts, and customer correspondence.
  • Work closely with the sales support team to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
  • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
  • Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients.

Requirements and skills

  • Should have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree in business management or related professional qualification.
  • Females are encouraged to apply.
  • A good personality is necessary because you will be the face of the Company.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience
  • Must own a car.
  • Must have a Driving License (PAK).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the Hotel organization.
  • Strong business sense and hotel industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
