We are seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Work from Home Cold Caller on a commission basis. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and generating leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
Identify potential client's needs and determine if our services are a good fit
Maintain accurate records of all calls and leads in our system
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
Work collaboratively with our sales team to ensure successful lead follow-up

Experienced in sales or CS is required but not compulsory if you have good communication skills you can apply.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cold caller or telemarketer
Goal Oriented and self-starter
Can do attitude with a positive impact
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in English is a must if you are a fresher
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
