We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and execution of electrical designs for a variety of projects, focusing on Electrical and Allied Systems.
- Develop detailed electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Create and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for various projects.
- Perform Load Sizing calculations to determine the electrical load requirements.
- Size and specify generators (Genset), transformers, and cables based on project specifications.
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical components and systems.
- Conduct engineering estimates to determine project costs and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and value engineering in design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, with a focus on relevant expertise.
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools and software.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
