Duties Include:

Perform day-end and month-end account analysis and prepare reconciliations; review general ledger activity; prepare, enter, and post journal entries; and any other tasks deemed necessary to facilitate the day or month-end close process
Prepare daily and monthly revenue and profit statements
Prepare daily and monthly bills
Maintain, record and reconcile fixed assets
Maintain budgets for remodels and new cafe openings
Ensure timely data management
Work with Cafe Manager to ensure timely and accurate payment of bills
Coordinate and resolve payment issues with vendors and other restaurants
Quickly, accurately, and professionally respond to all internal and external inquiries
Other accounting tasks if required for the cafe

Required Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting2+ years of experience
Thorough knowledge of accounting functions and processes
Strong computer skills utilizing POS softwares and Microsoft Office
Excellent written, and presentation communication skills
Self-starter, pleasant personality and able to work independently and within a group
