Recruitment Resourcer
Quest Technical Ltd was formed in 2019 and we specialise in permanent and contract engineering roles across the UK. Due to ongoing success and an excellent client portfolio we are now actively looking at increasing the Team at Quest Technical Ltd.
Key requirement from the Recruitment Resourcer:
- Must have over 3 years working experience as a Recruitment Resourcer
- Experience with headhunting and building candidate networks is required
- Experience of speaking with candidates, selecting the right candidate in line job spec and interviewing candidates is a necessity for the role
- Ability to write job adverts and navigate job boards and Boolean searches
- Must have excellent commutation skills, written and listening skills.
- Must be able to build a network of candidates and the ability to work on your own and to your initiative
The successful Recruitment Resourcer will be offered an excellent basic salary and commission that is paid once the invoice is paid. The successful candidate will be working UK based hours and recruiting for the UK market.
We are offering an opportunity that see you grow your income from 1.3lakh upwards, to progress and build a team of resourcer’ s under you.
