JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Educate customers about the product, understand their requirements, and help them get started.
• Test different tactics and channels to optimize the sales process.
• Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make services better.
• Handle inbound calls and chats/emails from the leads/customers.
• Make outbound calls to achieve targets, if required.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• Experience in the relevant field, preferred Industry (Digital Marketing, Design or Content/Academic Writing Services)
• Strong communication and IT fluency.
• Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English.
• British or American Accent.
• Good Sales Acumen and Aptitude.
• Excellent Persuasive, Negotiation & Selling Skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
