We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and ensure the optimal performance of our hosting servers and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have more than two years of experience with server management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, domain and DNS management, and ensuring seamless and secure server operations.

Responsibilities:

Server Management: Monitor, maintain, and manage all hosting servers and infrastructure, including virtual and physical servers.
Web Server Configuration: Configure and manage web servers for optimal performance and reliability.
CPanel & Webmin Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot cPanel and Webmin to ensure effective hosting and domain operations.
Domain & DNS Management: Manage main domains, subdomains, registrations, renewals, and DNS configurations to ensure reliable domain resolution and service uptime.
Hosting Platforms: Administer hosting platforms like DreamHost, GoDaddy, Namecheap, and others.
Virtual Private Servers (VPS): Manage various server types, including dedicated, shared, Contabo, and bare metal VPS hosting environments.
Security & Backups: Implement robust server security measures, perform regular system backups, and develop and maintain disaster recovery solutions.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve server-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
Performance Optimization: Optimize server performance and scalability to support business needs effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deploy and manage services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in server administration to maintain and improve the efficiency of server operations.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Server Administrator or similar role.
Strong expertise in managing CPanel, Webmin, and domain DNS settings.
Proficiency in domain management, including handling main domains, subdomains, and DNS configurations.
Candidates should be familiar with Webmin for server administration, and managing configurations and tasks through its interface.
Comprehensive knowledge of hosting platforms like DreamHost, GoDaddy, and Namecheap.
Solid understanding of server hardware, storage solutions, and network protocols.
Strong understanding of various server environments, including dedicated, shared, and VPS hosting.
Experience with server monitoring tools and system optimization techniques.
Knowledge of backup solutions, disaster recovery processes, and security practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
