Scope of work
- Book Keeping.
- Maintain all the ledgers + Trial Balance + Balance Sheet + Profit & loss.
- Complete Internal audit.
- Assist the external audit& Coordination.
- Payroll, Salary calculation + deductions + indemnity.
- Daily Closing.
- Bank Reconciliation& Bank deposits.
- Receivables follow up.
- Cash Flow Analysis and reporting.
- Monthly Closing and reporting.
- End of the year closing.
- Collection + Analyzing + tracking Finances and reporting to management.
- Processing VAT returns.
- Comply with Bahrain National Financial policies and regulations.
- Local Purchase.
- Foreign Purchase.
- Purchase analysis.
- Inventory Analysis& reporting and coordination with sales & Marketing colleague.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in English Speaking.
- Attention to details & strong analytical skills.
- Graduation in accounting or equivalent.
- Additional certificate is a plus.
- Experience on any ERP Software is a plus.
- Duty Timing Morning 10AM to 7PM (One hour break)
