We are looking for a skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of web applications, working closely with marketers, and other developers to create seamless, scalable, and robust solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in the MERN stack and leadership abilities to guide junior developers and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading Team: Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
Web Development: Ability to independently design and build websites that include CMS.
Web Design: Design and implement complex features and functionalities.
Optimisation: Optimise applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Synergy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and marketers.
Guidance: Set Example with conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot: debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
Adaptability: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains current.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on the MERN stack and RESTful APIs.
MERN Stack: Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
Frontend: Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Collaboration: Work within a term using Git, and Agile methodologies.
Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (STEM subjects).
